Just going to throw some design ideas out there as song of the parts seem kind of the same.
00:43:20 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - Make these into jumps
00:52:80 (1,2,3,4,5) - ^
01:36:96 (7) - This is hideous D: Make it into a linear slider
01:51:36 (1,2,3,4) - bigger jumps like you did here 01:58:08 (1,2,3,4,5) - Maybe in a diff shape though
02:27:60 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - nice job on this pattern/similar others ^^
02:35:52 (5) - New combo
02:37:44 (6) - ^
02:43:20 (5) - ^
02:48:48 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Keep this in a linear pattern, looks like eww, make 5,6 jumps. Something like this:
02:51:35 - Following the lyrics too much, I think it would sound better/more filled if you mapped notes on the white tick's beat
03:55:68 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - The sound this slider stream makes it kinda ugly and doesn't fare too well with the music., I'd do something different.
03:59:04 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - ^
04:04:56 (8) - Place on the blue tick
Ending is MUCH better than the first half- where the piano comes in. The spacing change is nice and something different.
05:16:32 (8) - Hrm, reverse?
05:26:40 (1,1,1) - Why 3 new combos if they're all centered? Make them jumps!
