Need some help figuring out the timing
Update history:
1.0.4 more timing adjustments (thanks Nadeku) and further extended the map
1.0.3.1 changed preview point
1.0.3 fixed timing and extended the map - timing until the break should be fine now
1.0.2 updated timing as suggested by Tshemmp - Thanks a lot!
1.0.1 removed tags already present as words in other metadata properties
1.0 Initial WIP
Tshemmp
Try this:

BPM: 164
Offset: 438

Might still not be perfect though~

Well, I'm not sure if it is perfect, but it is a lot better, that's for sure!

Thank you so much. How did you do that? Especially in this short amount of time?
(Btw... What is offset? I thought I knew what it is, but seeing such a high value makes me think I thought wrong...)

Offset is the time the song actually starts (with a downbeat).

How did I do that? Well, first you want to get a rough BPM by tapping to the song. Then you try to time the offset as perfect as possible, also with slowing down the speed to 25%. After that you fine tune the BPM. Well, it is basically playing around a bit on 25% and listen to the ticks and the song until you find the perfect settings. Some experience/practice helps, too, you will get better with time.

You can also check out this thread for timing instructions: t/121202.

Hi, timing check o/

Here is the timing for your song :
  1. BPM 164 (or 82 if you want more slower version)
  2. Offset 450
And dont forget this song rythim is 1/3, so you need to change it. Press F6 in editor and choose the 1/3 rythim. Look at picture below :
You can insert bpm and offset in that window too.

Have fun mapping it ^^

NB: Dont forget to gives kudosu to whoever modding or improving your map o/

Thanks Tshemmp, I hadn't seen those tutorials. After I saw them I found a link to them in the wiki... Great timing...

Nadeku: Thanks! It didn't make much of a difference (in fact, only one note was not properly snapped), but it an offset of 450 seems more likely to be correct.
As for the rhythm... does it make any real difference?

And thanks for reminding me of the kudosu. I meant to give Tshemmp some, but forgot about it in the end. Sorry! :D
