You need to set a preview time. find a point that represents the song and Timing > set Preview Point. do this in the exact same position in all difficulties.
Second red line sounds off. Offset seems anywhere in the range 52392 to 52402. Try 392.

I used 0.6 spacing to make it consistent. I got this to work by lowering 1 a bit and then just moving the other notes into place.
