00:23:980 - I think there are many more points should have whistle sounds like here, the part starts from 00:14:983 - is too empty without any decoration
and also, 00:24:729 (2) - and 00:25:479 - may sound better if with whistles
00:28:103 (3,4,5) - this small phrase actually has some rhythm problem, as you tried to follow vocal with 3 and 4, but suddenly switched to the bgm by setting 5. If you try to make a intuitive rhythm, a ong slider should start from 00:28:291 - according to the vocal
well, may similar cases in the diff, you should try to make them consistent
such as 00:32:040 (4,5) - these should better be merged into one slider
00:32:415 (6) - this SC1 whistle is too weird to be here, you need more default whistles for this part
00:38:413 (2,3) - actually they may sound much better if you add a drum clap to 2 and a drum finish to 3, and also better remove the normal sample on 00:38:788 (4) - ,this is kind of a common hitsounding pattern
00:47:222 - this normal sound is too surprising, I'm not against using some normal for this part, but plz know that you should try to use them in pairs, and combined with some more drum sounds, to form a continual, consistent hitsound pattern, instead of suddenly a normal, or something

00:19:294 (3,4) - this is a really weird rhythm which follows neither the vocal nor the piano, you'd better lengthen 00:19:294 (3) - to make it end at 00:19:856 - , while starting 00:19:856 (4) - from 00:20:043 - and ending at 00:20:418 -
00:24:729 (2,3,4) - this is kinda too much for a Normal, may replace them with a reverse or a slider with a circle
00:28:103 (2,3) - and you should try to avoid 1/2 stacks like this in Normal diffs, only 1/4 stacks like 00:31:102 (2,3) - should be accepted
00:50:971 (1,3) - their heads need finish sounds

01:05:967 (2,3) - this is too tricky to be in a Normal, new players won't know how this works, try to arrange them in other ways

01:10:090 (4) - may make it a longer slider to follow vocal, which last till 01:10:840 -
01:18:978 - useless green lines should be removed
overall you need many more hitsounds to polish the map, whether default whistles or drum samples at some particular points, would be better than nothing

Red line conflict across diffs, unrankable.

[Hard]
Kinda feel that you are sticking to ds too much and the flow is at times too linear. May consider adding more variety. Will try to throw some suggestions on this.

00:06:790 (2) - ctrl + G and rotate a bit
00:14:983 (1,2) - Suggest a jump at 2. As vocal there is quite strong.
00:17:982 (1,2,3) - Also suggest larger spacing for the same reason
00:27:354 (1,2,3,4) - Suggest a jump on 2. Something along this line . As there's a small burst in vocal at 2 and then a halt somewhere around the blue line before 3. (May also add jump between 3 & 4)
00:29:978 (1,2) - similar. Larger spacing at 2 to match the vocal
00:34:102 (2,3,4) - don't like this pattern though running out of ideas about how to improve - -
00:36:538 (2) - suggest a circle instead. Add make the spacing between this and 1 larger.
00:38:225 (1,2,3,4) - remove 4 and make spacing larger to match the drums
00:39:725 (2) - ctrl + G for better flow (may also ctrl+G J H for 4)
00:43:848 (3,4) - suggest replacing 4 with 2 circles as i feel it's better to make the player click on the strong beat. May also remove 3.

To be honest, this diff needs much more work imo. So just pointing out the obvious

00:00:602 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - suggest deleting these and start at the same point as hard. Really hard to follow
00:09:733 (7) - hitsound too noisy
00:11:983 (1,1) - spinner end too close to the next object
00:19:856 (4) - doesn't follow anything. Reduce the length
00:24:729 (2,3,4) - delete 3?
00:49:097 (2,3,4) - ^
01:05:967 (2,3) - not for normal
01:08:966 (2,3) - ^

Whereas easy diff can't really be interesting rhythm-wise, you can make the shape look nicer. Feels that a lot of sliders & flows could be improved.
