One part that I felt that it was a bit off:

    Try using 01:08:796 BPM: 150.000
    New offset is 68796

    After that re-snap everything from that section and there's parts where I think it's necessary or suggestions?

Triple check the snapping of that section. Save, leave, go back in and check, and then repeat the process till it's fine. If I got the BPM and the offset wrong then I'm sorry (pretty sure it's that or at least close to it...) If it's correct then call me back to check the rest of the offset and i'll give you the full timing.

Don't forget to mirror the next slider too since you change this one
  2. 00:16:889 (2) - to fix that small overlap(again lol), why don't you use ctrl J on this one like you did on the previous slider? looked neater too imo
  3. 00:18:735 - to create a better effect, following with your SB fade effect and the following vocal, drag the break to start from this point. It doesn't do much, but having the break start earlier damp the effect a bit imo

  2. 00:37:967 (6) - NC here to avoid long combos and to match with the stanza
  3. 00:41:575 (3,4) - make it like this one? https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1039322 doesn't do much, but will make the flow better since the straight to the left slider doesn't play well since the previous slider is also straight
  4. 00:42:904 (1,2,3) - stumbled on this one since you put jumps for this kind of pattern, and this one is spaced normally, I though this one is a jump lol. Try to move these farther, to be read better?
  5. 00:44:423 (2,3,4) - since the previous note follows the electric guitar, and these one doesn't. Making a NC here will be better since the rhythm changed rather quickly, and read better see,
  6. 00:53:727 (3,4) - try to avoid using the straight 1/4 slider and then continue it using an also straight 3/4 slider since it doesn't flow really well imo(btw this apply to all slider like these) try this kind of pattern, where either one of them is curved; https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1039346
  7. 01:44:341 (3,4) - having two circles after a bit of silence is a bit hard to read, how about changing this to a slider that mirrors 01:43:745 (2) - ?

  3. 00:52:207 (4,5,6) - since these three is the only triplet that you distanced this big, it seems a bit weird. I don't have any trouble with it, but try to distance it like the rest for consistency
  4. 00:53:726 (3,4) - why stack these two? since you also didn't use this stack for other pattern, it makes the flow quite bad. Try to space this like the other one that uses this pattern
  5. 01:50:997 (9,10,11) - rhythm a bit weird imo, move 01:51:195 (11) - 1/4 earlier?

02:26:743 (1,2,3) Having these notes stacked causes three approach circles to appear over the same spot, without being equalized by an easy press-press-press rhythm that would occur if they were all circles. This pattern becomes complex for a newbie to comprehend because they have to read the press-hold-release-press-hold-release-press-hold pattern instead, which is drastically more complicated than the rest of the entire preceeding map. I suggest that you either unstack these sliders or change them into circles.

02:28:322 Maybe add a note here? It's the final downbeat of the song, and adding a beat here could help in the processs of ammending the difficulty of the previous pattern.
