Better avoid using the TV Size tag if this version is not in the actual show for the reasons Noffy stated. In case of doubt, don't add the TV Size tag, it sucks anyway lol
From all this, I believe it would be more accurate to use Minase Mashiro (水瀬ましろ) as the artist and keep the title as it is as Halozy's website takes priority over the others (Toranoana's website doesn't give much information about the song and Amorevole's album was released after Halozy's). Also using "Halozy" and "(Halozy Mix) is far too redundant lol.

Minase Mashiro indeed isn't part of Halozy but of Amorevole. This song was also released later in one of Amerevole's album (TOUHOU☆MASHIBUM, 2017, http://amorevole.penne.jp/touhoumashibum/), sumijun being credited as the arranger (i.e. one of Halozy members).
Also, the song was featured in Toranoana's 東方幻奏響UROBOROS肆 ~dEATHtINYoVERdRIVE~ album (2015, disc 3, song 06: https://www.toranoana.jp/info/dojin/toho_uroboros4/), but no "(Halozy Mix)" either.
Sorry for the late reply.
The difficulty is indeed ok according to the Ranking Criteria. However, the song has no lyrics, so it makes no sense to use the cartoon's translated name in Russian. It would be much better to find something more original and that reflect either the song or the difficulty (the difficulty name should be related to the song or the map, not to the mapper and, in this case, to its nationality).
Try finding something more appropriate please :)
Actually, don't delete this source, it's a good one! You just need to change the dot to a colon and add a space in the Romanisation. ココア(CV:佐倉綾音) & Cocoa (CV: Sakura Ayane)
That's correct, but the artist wrote it like this on the jacket, so we have to follow their way of Romanising the title http://up.kuraip.net/0108A9d577D3210
