i agree with xahlt
decrease the spacing of the first burst and start from there onwards using distance snapping (hold alt)
reopening, the initial burst starts off WAY too spaced so the acceleration effect is less effective
one more thing, why not connect the flow of 00:11:021 (1) - into the slider? currently the flow is very very awkward to play. my suggestion: https://imgur.com/oPdgyn9

i think this spacing is perfectly fine because the vocals are sudden and abrupt with build up 00:12:490 (1,2,3,4) and lower spacing is just not as aesthetically pleasing, feel free to reopen if you insist

tempo of the loud clack sounds are lower than the ones from earlier
i feel it helps emphasizes on the next beat and will help represent that slight melody a bit better resolve if you are really sticking to what it is currently
