Lazy MT-less sliders
Kurvy slider now in place.
Changes made accordingly!

Changed the orientation for (3) to fit the flow a bit better, and also put closer to (2).
Extended the two sliders!
Having help from tada, (1) returned to (9)'s neighborhood, and they now live happily ever after (?)
Added the NCs.
Made the new combos!
First set of sliders dialed down to 1.1x, and amped the second set to 1.2x + buffed spacing.
Sad story: (9) and (1) have been forcefully separated. 1 upvote = 1 tear for the pair.
Rhythm inconsistencies should be all resolved after the update, huge thanks for pointing it out! <3 (decided to remap the whole thing cause am lazy :3)
The 1/4 drums you mentioned aren't really that noticeable, but I added it anyway.

Why did I thought of changing the pattern entirely? Anyways, it should look and play better now.

They were 1/8 but whatever, they are DESTROYED
Replaced the 5-note with a 3-note + kickslider combo, moved the following (1) as well.
Stacc
Replaced with curvy slider and also remapped the following bit.
Fixed the timing and rearranged the pattern.
Made the angle obtuse instead of being acute to the left.
Somewhat buffed the (2) but barely moved the (3) due to introducing quite-messy placing if buffed.
Looks as good as it gets!
Forgot to add this, but this looks like a take on Chanci-styled mapping, from what I'm looking at.

I don't think it's really that louder compared to the non-snares, but it might be just me setting hitsound volume at 50% on my client. Do let me know if you really want me to turn it down.
