Stream heavy map going in circles? Never seen that one before...
Now for real, the simple act of spacing increases (as smaller as they might be) blended with the sharp turns, regardless of the repeated circular motion, make for already pretty good emphasis. This seems to me like a really pointless veto, using a problem stamp even for an extremely subjective issue...
Heavily changed the parts, but I think they're better now and definitely should be more in line with what you wanted, made the spacing smaller on all the 1/4, except downbeats. I do not really agree that much with your first reply tho because I feel like in such an intense part of the song such as 01:23:969 and onwards the slider leniency allows for bigger spacing to show that intensity in the song
While I do understand where this mod comes from, I firmly believe both viewpoints are acceptable, so I'd rather stick to my original view on this one. I think nebuwa explained it fairly well and I believe the consistency is a fairly strong factor
Yeah, it's pretty blatant. As spoken in the video, I think it's hard to find variation in normal diffs, and it's different enough as it stands, but the hard one man, some things are directly copy pasted and just flipped, not even rotated in the slightest, with even only minor changes to the rhythm
This rhythm feels super weird for no reason. I know you already answered this previously, but this just doesn't really feel good at all. The two kick sliders just feel super off, but what's really ticking me off is the super strong drum on 00:23:476 that ends on a slider tick
https://soundcloud.com/jeff-williams-55/die-rough I don't really know how to approach this, quite sure it counts as official since it was released like this, but unsure
I'd risk saying this is fine as it is since it gives a bigger focus on the guitar there. Also doubt players would misplay that since it follows the rest of the section visually (with a bigger gap between notes, they're stacked on each other and not spaced apart)
I can see what you mean here, but I'd say we can keep this as it is unless you legitimately find it to be a major issue. Players can reset their mouse positioning on the reverse sliders which are very forgiving, imo
