[Archived] Score not submitting. Others are.

Problem details: I got an S rank FC on Monochrome Butterfly but the score is not submitting. However, other beatmaps that I have played recently after beating that map are submitting. Why is my score on that specific map not being submitted?

Were you connected to the internet and logged in when you set that score?

Since it's been a day, it's probably not going to be possible to tell you why that particular score didn't submit. If you haven't restarted the client since you made that play, try sending your "runtime.log" file, which should be located inside your osu!\Logs folder. If you have restarted the game already, it won't say anything useful.

Generally if there are connection issues causing a score to fail to submit initially, it will keep trying to submit that score for around an hour as long as you don't close the game. After that hour though if it still hasn't submitted, unfortunately there isn't really anything you can do, you will need to try and re-achieve the score.
