[Archived] Cursor freezing every 0.0x seconds

Problem details: Either my Tablet or my whole osu is getting every 0.xxx second frame freeze wich looks like this ( screenshot below ) and i allready re installed osu and still can't play osu with that issue and also can't find an solution in the help task

Edit: it is my osu!, tryed it out with my mouse it still gets the same freeze

That looks normal if you are drawing circles quickly. Wacom tablets usually have a refresh rate of 133 Hz, so they can only detect the position of the pen with that frequency.

If your game fps is lower than the refresh rate of your tablet or mouse, then fps becomes the bottleneck.

Well it might be yeah, but i've been playin osu for years now and it's just unplayable right now cause of that
