Problem details:マルチで人によって難易度を変えることは可能でしょうか？

You have to be the host to change the difficulty. Otherwise you can take mods (in case the host allows it).

あなたは難易度を変えるためにホストでなければなりません。さもなければ、改造をすることができます（ホストが許可する場合に備えて）。
