[Archived] Online play score not submitted

So I just finished playing Airman, which was quite an achievement for me at least. The thing is, the score was not uploaded and I can only see it in the local rankings as if it were an offline play.

I definitely played it online and the internet didn't have any issues, but I have seen another post suggesting macro stuff messing with osu, and the only macro-ish thing I use is X-Mouse Button Control which I kinda don't want to uninstall at the moment. Please help!

Same actually, I managed to send some ''bad'' scores on some maps. But know that I have a 281pp FC it won't send.

I want refund asap.

We are aware of some issues in the score submission system at the moment. It will be back to normal soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update:

It turns out some scores were permanently lost as a result of this issue.
The number was quite small, but apologies if you were affected by this.
