Problem Details:

Okay, so, I've had this problem before, but it somehow resolved itself. Anyways, on startup, it will dim slowly, and not gradually. Just in random bursts. It will take a while for it to make sound, then I have to enter the game again, for some reason, for it to work. Even then, while I'm playing something, it will just randomly close. No error popups, or anything. It just completely disappears without anything. I have a few crash logs, if that will help.

would like to play osu soon, thanks
Death
I don't think the log you posted is related to why osu! is crashing, looks like it is for "NVIDIAShare", which is Geforce Experience's in-game overlay I believe.

Considering you have something popping up for that, even if it is not related to osu!, try disabling it. Sometimes the overlay can cause issues for the game.

If you could check your event viewer again for the logs that actually correlate to osu!'s crash, that would be great. The log should have "osu!" in it at least once, I can't think of any case where the word does not appear at all.
