Problem Details:
As the subject already describes, my osu! timeouts very often and I get the paperclip on the bottom right.
This happens to be only in osu! since other online games e.g. CS:Go, League of Legends have a stable connection and I never timeout.
I use LAN, My firewall is disabled. I can't disable Windows Defender so that is on by default.
My Internet Down / Up are 50Mbit/s / 10Mbit/s
Multiplayer gets kind of unplayable since people have to often wait for me (waiting for other players)
When I also pick a map, its sometimes delayed to them by up to almost 30 seconds (since I timeout at that moment)
OS: Windows 10 if that is helpful
Connection is not set to metered.
IPconfig /release /renew and dnsflush helps for a short time and then I'd have to re-do that process. Any ideas?
