[invalid] Arrow keys for moving notes in the editor.

Hi! This is my first suggestion for osu!
I would like to suggest moving the notes with arrow keys for precise placement.

I get a hard time moving sliders to a certain place because my hands are a bit shaky.

Thank you and I hope you guys will look into this.

You can already do this if you hold ctrl.
