My English is very bad so I use a translator to tell my problem, I have been playing for quite some time and I have a pretty decent PC that is a 1400 ryzen, 8 GB of RAM, GTX 950 and the osu! I'm going to 1500-2000 fps which is pretty good but lately every time I play osu! I notice a drop in fps that is quite noticeable but when I see the fps and its graph it is as if it were an invisible fall but it appears that they are still at 1300 fps but it feels like the fps are falling, try everything, Reinstall osu !, repair it, format my pc, uninstall and install the drivers of my graphics card but still the same, all this started when I updated my graphics card drivers but, I only suffer that fall of invisible fps with osu! if anyone knows, it would be very helpful: D
