As the title says i am lagging and stuttering in a high end pc
Build:
1060 6GB MSI GPU
R5 1600 CPU
8GB RAM
Windows 10
When i play osu i see i get over 1k fps but the input lag always jumps from 1.0ms to 30.0ms
This has been happening for over months and i am only posting it know because it has been bugging me, there are days where it did not lag and there are days where it does.
PS: Restarting my pc does not work
