Problem Details:
I'll explain it as I can. About 2 month ago osu works very well on my pc, always 240 fps and 4,3 latency most of the time. I don't know why, about 1 week agò osu gave me problems. I'll give you some informations that could maybe increase my latency. I bought a new mouse about 1 month agò, it was great. I bought a new keyboard 2 weeks agò, the first week all was ok, the second one i felt the mouse sensivity really heavy. (My main monitor is a 60 Hz1920 x 1060)
