Problem Details:
LOW FPS.
Weird things going on here. My osu gets only 190fps on fullhd, if i scale it lower for example 720p its dropping to 120fps... I have to have compatibility mode on, if i disable it i get around 40fps. If i want o play on my large screen not the laptop screen, then i get only 25fps... Can some1 explain what's the problem here?
Running windows 10, uninstaled xbox app, amd r7 m360, i3 5005u everything set to max performance
