So for some reason osu is running 8-10ms out of game and 5-8ms in game.
Was getting about .3 - .4 ms yesterday. Only thing that happened was a windows 10 update.

Windows 10
Intel i7 6700 quad 2.6ghz
Nvidia gtx 960m 4gb
16 gb ram

osu! version: 20171227.2 (latest)

Pls, play with integrated Intel HD Graphics, osu works incorrect with mobile cards from Nvidia

I was getting low latency just yesterday with my nivida card
