Problem Details:
Before clearing out my pc and starting fresh when using my tablet (Wacom Bamboo) I would be able to lift my pen off of the tablet and place it on a different position with the cursor not moving but now it is snapping to where it "should" be and i would like to prevent that. There is no option to tinker with in the drivers. This is a problem because is forces my hand into an uncomfortable position.
