[Archived] Huion H420 tablet no mapping area?

Problem Details: So I have the Huion H420 tablet, and have had it for a while and used it on a previous computer. Unfortunately, now that I'm trying to install and play on my tablet on my new PC, I download the drivers, but am given no way to change the area like I had on my old computer using the EXACT SAME DRIVERS. I'm beyond frustrated, and can't figure out how the heck to change my area. Help?
Below is what I see once I download the drivers and try to go into the pen and tablet application to change my area.

Are you certain you downloaded the correct drivers for your tablet? In the bottom left of your picture it says your device is disconnected, so either it actually is disconnected, or the drivers are not detecting your tablet because they are not the correct version.

Not sure if it will actually make a difference, but the Huion H420 and the Huion 420 are different tablets. The H420 has 3 programmable buttons on it, whereas the 420 does not, so the drivers might be different.

Try uninstalling whatever you have and downloading the ones from this page for the H420: https://www.huiontablet.com/h420.html
