Problem Details: I moved overseas to New Zealand from South Africa and it still says I'm in South Africa, especially with things like discord bots.
For example I'll do >osu Dueroki and it'll say I'm in South Africa (ZA)

it says both in-game and web (your web profile) or just one of those?
if it just in web so it's because osu only save your rank in the country where you first time sign up, it won't change if you move somewhere else.
the country in-game will show correctly your current location based on IP address
