Problem Details:
Osu won't open since i clicked on compatibility on settings

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20170731.2 (latest)

if io try to uninstall it says close osu to continue(even tho it is not opened obv)

Open your .cfg file, set CompatibilityContext to 0, save and try to launch osu! again
