when i try to change skin, it freeze.

osu! version: 20170616.1 (latest)

to one skin or to all skins? try enable compatibility mode.

If it's with every skin, try fixing folder permissions by scrolling down in settings and find "Fix folder permissions",
Otherwise try installing a new skin and see if it still crashes after that.

If it still does, try repairing osu! (Seen in settings) or hold shift while running osu! And press "Repair osu!"

but it still doesn't work. it not happen with some skin, like WWW 1.8. it's not froze.
Should i record the problem i got?

I think video can help. Also, it seems like it's problem with skin, not with your osu! Can you link me this skin?

You can always export this skin and upload on any hosting like puush.
