So let me point out some general but vital issues.
1. Too many repetitions of single type of note. You could say 00:00:075 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6) - are all sliders while 00:09:675 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - are all circles. For a normal qualifying map, sliders and circles are needed to be balanced within a part. (There are exceptions but they are for experienced mappers) I know you are trying to form a circle by 00:09:675 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - but no one wants such a plain pattern tbh. Same for 00:14:775 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - . It makes players dumb.
If you want stick to so many single taps, you might at least have a look at this map and see how that mapper managed to solve the "boring" issue and still managed to construct a compelling singletap sections with variety in placement.

2. Lack of rhythm variety. I should say the entire map is almost 1/2 spam. I could understand the song itself is in 1/2 style but that in turn reminds mapper that, to map this song well you need to apply some fluctuations in rhythm. That means you need to omit some 1/2s with tricky.
3. Hitsound toooo loud. Normal sample-set is really noisy.
4. 01:14:925 (9) - This multiple reverse slider is quite abrupt. Players tend to miss.
5. 01:18:000 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - As you could see for these 13 notes, they are confined into a small space. You need to spread out them.
01:22:875 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3) - Same here, there're just circle flows....You need some variety.
6. 01:24:825 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - This looks not nice, the shape looks like a stream while they are actually 1/2 singletaps. Very confusing.
7. 02:55:275 (1,2,3) - Usually we don't stack sliders unless the music there is special enough.
Well, you could actually look at some recently ranked sets and probably play them more to accumulate more patterns.
