Problem Details:
Does anyone have the measurements on the CTL 480 drivers that are the same as full area on huion h420?

It's really hard to convert such things, so basically you have 2 options :

First : You need both tablet, a ruler and a bit time. Take measure of the size of your area on the Huion and report in on the wacom's driver. It will be hadr and you can't get a perfect retranscription of the full area.
(Of course, if somewhere on both drivers you can see the size in inches or centimeter, just report those numbers)
Second : You use a quite similar area and try to accustom this new area, which will take approximately 3-4 days
