00:00:525 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - this is fine, could change the 2nd set of 4 to slightly curved ones?
00:02:317 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - not a fan of this, its either the extension to blue which makes it weird or the awkward shapes, I see what you're going for but I'd try something different here, either space them out or reduce the length of sliders
00:03:660 (7) - dunno why this is straight looks weird amongst the others
00:05:003 (1,2,3,4) - this looks kinda ugly inbetween 2 curved patterns, i'd make these curved too maybe something like this https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9278832
00:07:130 (1) - personally not a fan of this sudden spinner but if u are to keep it, move it to the right half a tick so its starts on red
00:08:473 (4) - this isnt a very appealing slider, look at sliders in ranked maps to see which ones look nice and what ones don't
00:08:809 (1,2,3) - either have these parallel to each other or rotate them all by 120 degrees so theres some thought behind your placement rather than just random
00:09:481 (1,2) - could make these sliders aswell, the lack of density is a bit jarring

00:45:414 (1) - i'd change this to 1/2 sliders with anti-flow increasingly spaced across the field cos it gets more intense here https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9278946 something like this? not quite as intense as i thought but something like that might be neat

also for the kiai increase the slider velocity to 1.25x or something
00:51:346 (3) - too calm for intense part, keep max slider length from white-white if u can help it (goes against what i said earlier a little but might be able to find a workaround)

for those parts I'd try and map to something different, instead of vocals, maybe the drums, also look at other versions of the song and see what they did in these parts for inspiration
01:11:048 (2,3,4,5) - change to sliders, rhtyhm isn't dense enough
01:13:511 (7) - avoid repeats more than once if u have to actually aim the slider
01:13:511 (7,1) - map inbetween here
01:15:749 (1) - same again, map to drums or something, spinner is a bit too sudden and not intense enough for 260bpm kiai
01:19:891 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - fix this curve
