Problem Details:
I'm at my limit at this point. I run Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. I have tried Wine and PlayOnLinux numerous times, and the only result was an "installation" that shorty crashed while I was trying to set it to my toolbar as not to loose it.

Try this!

Give yourself the execute permissions to the file.

Follow that. And then try to install through terminal.

sudo chmod +x /bin/downloads/osu!install.exe

I presume it is in your downloads folder.
