Hello! Noob modder here. I took a quick look at the map.

Hold Your Breath
A lot of circles arn't snapped to the grid. Example: 00:17:553 (5)
00:18:235 (2) - You could make this slider overlap (5) like this
00:24:712 (1) - Having a new slider start here feels weird and breaks the flow of the map...
00:26:076 (1) - This slider should start at the red tick since the sound is louder there.
00:37:326 (3) - The reverse slider should be at the red tick like so
00:50:280 (6,1) - Flow
00:57:951 (4) - Should start on the white tick since the guitar sound is louder.
01:04:769 (4,1,2,3) - (4) leading into the jumps breaks the flow.
01:05:962 (1,2) - Flow
01:14:144 (2) - Fix the blanket
01:20:792 - Slider should start here on the red tick. This emphasizes the guitar sound
01:24:712 (1,2) - You're going from counter clockwise flow to clockwise (01:25:394 (3,4,5,6) - ) too fast.
01:26:757 (5,6) - Jump here should be larger
01:28:121 (4) - Slider on strong sound to emphasize the guitar
01:31:189 (7) - ^ (In this instance it should be on the red tick)
01:39:030 (4) - ^
01:41:757 (4) - ^
01:44:485 (4) - ^
02:02:042 (3,4) - Flow

Generally speaking overlapping makes the map more visually pleasing. There are a lot of missed opportunities throughout the map imo. Like 00:31:019 (3,1) - and 00:30:507 (2,2) just to name a few.
Also, fix the grid snapping.

00:21:303 (1,2,3,4) - Make these evenly spaced out. #4 for example is a lot further away from #3 than #2 is from #1

01:55:905 (8) - Seems a bit off. I'd recommend leaving a gap at the start of the slider and instead, putting a hitcircle with a new combo on the following white tick.

02:05:280 (7) - Slider is too long. Make it last 1/2 of a beat and add a hitcircle on the white tick. Similar to this 01:54:371 (7)

02:07:667 (4) - Spacing difference is too high. Move to the left

02:10:394 (1) - NC

Not responding after the text means done. I did fix some other overlaps, but not all. I didn't use grind snipping at all, so that's an issue.

First of all, jumps look like just pp jumps and hold no meaning.

Theres little to no blanket.
