Well, I have a question, recently I have been looking for reviews of the Wacom CTL 490 tablet, and I have been noticing that most of the times mention the input lag, is this true? I do not get tired of looking for comments and a small part of the people mentioned that they had no problems, while others mention the input lag

Not sure if this is the right category for this post or not, but whatever.

The answer is: it depends. If you drag, you'll have little to no lag; but if you hover, you''ll start to notice a slight delay once playing anything above 3.4 stars.
The hover lag can be circumvented by taping the tip down so it's as if you're always dragging, but that's about all you can do.
