Hello Osu! community,

Since a week or 2 my tablet seems to freeze alot during osu ( like ever few minutes or so ).

When i tab back to windows the tablet still works fine, so the problem is a conflict between my tablet and osu!?

Im using a wacom bamboo pen and touch, and i have tried everything, i even format my pc and still nothing!

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Greetings.
peppy
Try changing frame limiter maybe? Sounds like a driver issue, if anything.

My framelimitter is set to off, i have tried all options with the framelimmiter but the problem persists.
I know some other people with the same tablet (wacom bamboo) and many of them expierience this problem aswell.

Any other thoughts on how to solve this problem?

I'm out of ideas. Try older or newer tablet drivers, maybe.

I have the same tablet, never had a problem. Wacoom bamboo services are enabled? Did you try deactivating the touch function?

Try changing DirectX to OpenGL and Unlimited or 120 to 60(vsync)... that worked to a friend of mine

Which windows you have?

o.O Me too...

I had to desactivate the secundary click option because if you click (with your pen) and hold, a circle is formed and then there you have the secundary click... Try that, I don't remember where the option is :B

I also have the Wacom Bamboo Tablet. One day it suddenly stopped working, and I messed with the setting within osu. That didn't fix anything, so I thought maybe I should buy more pen nibs. I put new pen nibs in and it still wouldn't work in osu. I don't know what the problem was, but if you go into Bamboo Settings and mess with them (put it in mouse mode, change the sensitivity) you may be able to fix it. I found mine could be fixed by playing with the settings. Also try reinstalling your bamboo driver, or try it on another computer or outside of osu to see if the problem is only within your computer or osu. Hope this helps :]

Thank you for your help, But like i already said i reinstalled my drivers already, i have actually reinstalled 4 times now but no help!

And there is now way im going to play in mouse mode with a tablet, that takes away the whole point of playing with tablet!

There has to be another solution!

Fabi
Are you sure its the tablet? What about the mouse, did you try it? Have you tried your tablet on another pc?

Question:

1. Using windows 7? Yes
2. Using aero theme?
3. What graphic you have? Have you changed from the setting?
4. What brightness level you got for your computer? Maximum or.... If it maximum brightness, try lower down and play again.
5.When does it affect? The whole gameplay? About to entering kiai time? Or with map that have SB?
6. Maybe give us a hint on your direct X:
Go start menu ------> type in search tab " dxdiag" ------->open dxdiag------> go to "system" tab-------> save all information-------> copy the information from text and post it here:

Ok i solved the problem, What i did was is disabling the windows tablet program, and now it seems to work fine!

Maybe if needed i can write a detailed explanation on how to fix this problem and it can be stickied for other wacom bamboo users who have this problem!
Corin
