But the real thing I want to talk in this example is regarding the hitburst skin usage. As you guys can take a look, hitburst elements for the same score has an identical skinning.
We've got this sentence in the RC, but it seems the main purpose for this criteria would be to distribute X / 50 / 100 / 300. Still, geki and katu has it's own meanings and a custom skin not distributing such game aspects might lead to confusion. I guess we need to think about is it good or not to nominate hitburst skins that doesn't distribute geki & katu.

- Hitbursts must be clearly distinguishable from each other (e.g. 300/100). The best way to ensure this is to use a different color for each hitburst. Otherwise, the player won't know if they're hitting beats accurately.
