One point would be a low readability of 00:29:961 (7,8) due to the similar spacing of the surroundings, especially with 00:31:676 (3,4,5).

But the real thing I want to talk in this example is regarding the hitburst skin usage. As you guys can take a look, hitburst elements for the same score has an identical skinning.

  1. Hitbursts must be clearly distinguishable from each other (e.g. 300/100). The best way to ensure this is to use a different color for each hitburst. Otherwise, the player won't know if they're hitting beats accurately.
We've got this sentence in the RC, but it seems the main purpose for this criteria would be to distribute X / 50 / 100 / 300. Still, geki and katu has it's own meanings and a custom skin not distributing such game aspects might lead to confusion. I guess we need to think about is it good or not to nominate hitburst skins that doesn't distribute geki & katu.

The png.100k, png.300g and png.300k need add exclamation points, or add more ligther or add X or something example " 300! " , " 300X " for players to know if they hit or not, and there no png.hit0 ? if not, add skin default or make one png.hit0 as red color (whatever color is).

I don't know. I don't think is really necessary to add different hitburts for each name. Like, by far what matters is that players distinguish when he/she gets 300/100/50 by clicking the objects.

I think what Ranking Criteria means here is to make hit50.png, hit100.png and hit300.png distinguishable of each other. It would be somehow unneeded to make new files with those symbols only for the sake of making each hitburts different.

I don't think it matters that much because skins with 300, geki, and katu all blacked out have gone through the qualified process many times before. I mean, almost all skins nowadays have 300's/300g/300k blacked out to leave the screen less cluttered.
Chaoslitz
I believe png.100k, png.300g and png.300k have to be different with those hit100 or 300, as there are used for that last object of the combo.

But another thing I would like to point out that I think followpoints are necessary to be skinned? Since it is also part of the
"Hitcircle Object"

Taking another qualified map as example: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/416873

Edit: well actually the skin is difficult to read especially when players are using 100% background dim for gameplay, as well as those dark combo colours
riffy
Why would anyone care about 100% playability with dimmed colours? That makes as much sense as complaining about X being unplayable with HR. Maps are designed to be played without any mods and I assume that the same goes for dimming SB/BG.

I was not sure about the skinning, but as we were testing things, they seemed fine to roll. Not exactly sure about skinset stuff, as I remember we already had some issues with that. Besides, Sieg, the person who was origiinally introducing the skin, iirc, said it was fine after the sliderborder colour change.

Well I believe that dim stuff should be fine. If not, all dark combo colors should be forbidden if it's hard to read with the dim.
Chaoslitz
The background dim is usually what players do, so that's why I gave suggestion here

Anyway I think we should avoid to use these combo colours? the combo colurs mostly blend with the bg even when it is not dimmed

There is a black frame around the approachcircle for a reason, my friend. It is meant to make things readable.

I'd personally move it on to the thread and let the mapper decide. It's their first map, so they are most probably going to agree with everything you offer, though.
Yuii-
Ranked.
Kibbleru
mapper got banned so if we dq'd it it wouldnt be reranked anyway, so it was a good decision to just leave it
