Problem Details:
If I recorded something I look at the recording and see that it lags. I changed the bit rate, but it was the same. Same with the FPS.

I don't really see much lag looks pretty clear but you might be getting FPS lag or there is a problem with your recording software.

What software do you use to record?

Based on your recording, it doesn't lag too much on the recording, so i'm assuming it's lagging for you on osu!.

1. Use Game Capture.
2. Use these settings. (i use them) https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.16/
3. http://puu.sh/nXkDM/45f54c6e38.png Tick Multithreaded optimizations.
4. If you still experience lagging, increase crf number and decrease bitrate on settings above.
5. If all else fails, use resolution downscale and decrease fps for a performance - quality tradeoff.

Never use these settings for streaming if you are going to.
Go to Profiles > New to create a new profile so you can switch from a streaming profile to a recording profile if you are going to.

I fixed it somehow rn. Idk how, but it's fixed. Audio is fine, and no lag anymore. Do you want my settings to try it out?
