Hi.
BPM 165 seems fine to me.
Offset ~ 30. Or maybe you could use 1:485.
Offset might need little tweaking, but I think this'll do for now.
No Kudosu, since I didn't really do anything special...

Offset: 37 (+6 on Jaltzu and just moving the downbeat to the start of the song)
Euro songs have this type of confusing bass, so it may feels weird, but the offset must follow the main bassline and don't hesitate on kds the helpful posts.
