Problem Details:
I was making a SB for my map
It uses some coloring with the BG and fading and pulses and rings (I'm a little hyped about it as it all worked out well)
In the editor, at 1366x768 (the same as the BG/SB files' resolutions) it works fine
When playing, it's misaligned
In the other dimensions (tested a few, not all) it also displays incorrectly in the editor
It might be a bug, but I have a feeling it has to do with the "Scale" command
If it's a fault on my side, can someone please give me a proper Scale Value?
