Problem Details:
The selection box doesn't dispose correctly when having text selected and closing the chat.
If I had to describe it it would be like the box detaches itself from the text and then floats to the top of the chat while fading out.
Replication steps:
-Open the chat by pressing F8
-Type something
-Press CTRL+A to select the text
-Press F8 to close the chat
