[resolved] Forever Updating

Problem Details:
Osu! will never finish updating.
This was happening to me after it tried to update so I decided to just re-install Osu!
But after uninstalling everything it's still happening.

Sorry for audio, forgot I had a stream open in the background.
Would recommend muting the video.

osu! version: 20150414.2 (latest)

Do you have NET Framework 3.5 or higher? If you do, try what is said here.

If it's still not working, try to copy "osu!.exe" and paste it into an empty folder. Some people resolved this problem like that, if I'm not wrong.
