Different Coordinates then mapping editor?

Hi
So I want to start SB'ing
I made the pulses (all diffs) and I want to go to the diff-specific SB parts
So I got some needed code, and entered the coordinates of the notes (which I all wrote down)
Now after entering them, they were all off, so I needed to change them but I have no clue whether they are correct or not
This is what I have for code (after the altered coordinates)
Sprite,Foreground,Centre,"ring.png",320,240 
M,0,8124,,305,350
F,0,8124,8899,1,0
S,1,8124,8899,0.2402587,1.222969
Do I need to change "Centre" or "320,240" to something so they are easier to understand (so they follow the Compose grid and not the design Grid)?

Also, is there a way to do this much more quickly?
For now, everything I did was just copy over the previous lines, change the coordinates and all the offsets, but that goes so incredibly slowly (especially when you want to do it a lot, and not just a few pulses)

The grids are kind of off when you test the SB.

If you want them in the perfect spot add 64 to x, and add 54 to y. In your example the coordination is 305,350. The final result would be 369, 404.

I guess the quicker way is SGL.. Maybe contact with a pro storyboarder.
