Hi, R-2E-054! You were actually really close with the BPM, it was 102 the entire time. However, when I listened to the song, I realized that both the beginning and the end of it were in the 3/4 time signature, or waltz. I found the correct offsets, and I found three different timing points. I'll list them below.
Point 1: BPM: 102, Offset: -30, Time signature: 3/4 (waltz)
Point 2: BPM: 102, Offset: 83268, Time signature: 4/4 (common)
Point 3: BPM: 102, Offset: 121278, Time signature: 3/4 (waltz)
