also regarding the spread
everything SHOULD be fine as every diff are still true to their diff names, if the note count needs to be taken into account strictly, the kantan would probably end up being too easy than the other diffs D:
(also in most sets the KF note difference is noticeable smaller than the other diff so...yeah)

But, the sudden change in the density of notes at 01:06:086 - is just too abrupt. I mean, there's no proper buildup at all to this long string of notes. I suggest you delete a few notes at the beginning of this long stream, so that those can be served as a good buildup and then for the rest of the stream, just leave it like how it's mapped now as that can be the "intense finish" to this kiai.

TL;DR : Remove these notes : 01:06:172 -, 01:06:515 -, 01:07:029 -, 01:07:543 - so that you have a good consistency with the previous rhythm + a proper buildup towards the intense end of this section.
