At the beginning there's too much time between where the music starts and when the notes starts playing, you can probably make it start closer to the starting notes

Basic
00:36:794 (36794|4,37128|0,37461|4,37794|0) - If you want to keep consistency to the music you should leave it as short notes, so it follows the pattern you were doing before. Not sure if LN fits with what you have done in nearby areas.

Difficult
01:46:128 (106128|2,106128|3,106128|0,106128|1) - Remove one note here, i think have 4 notes is too much, and its slightly hard to play after that chord stream at the end. Also i think its too many notes for loudness of the music.

Expert
00:43:461 (43461|3) - From here you can add ln's like your other difficulties, it seems not dense enough for this difficulty imo. It'll make it consistent to your easier diffs

I reccomend to add another diff between "Difficult" and " Basic".

Also, OD and HP 9 for Expert feels a little bit too cruel. Maybe decrease it to 8.5 ~ 8.7.
01:04:794 to 01:15:128 - I honestly don't think you need a Kiai here. This part isn't super important. Same for 00:22:128 to 00:32:794 though this may just be due to the short nature of this song.
I feel like you shouldn't have an audio lead in because there's quite a lot of stuff you can map in the first six seconds, but that's just me, so I dunno.
Lastly, I love you for checking AImod.

Maybe consider adding a 1/1 beat layered on top of what you already have, and then 01:34:128 to 01:36:794 add a 1/2 beat on top of everything else? Ignore this if you left it out for sake of SR < 2.

00:10:128 - Measure 7 is pretty much the same as difficult, save for the notes at 00:11:294 and 00:11:378 present in the difficult level. it's a guest diff. It's not made to be relevant to difficult. Also because it's a guest diff it does not matter.

01:15:794 - Add a note in 1 because there's a bell sound kind of thing that makes this sound a little more accented in the music than the rest of the drums. No, not mapping that sound. Highlighting the LNs

01:26:128 - Suggest making a triple because this is more accented in the music and louder than 01:26:294 Another way to do this would be to just remove a note at 01:26:294 (86294|3,86294|1) but it doesn't give this sound any differentiation from others at that point. Not needed, it ruins note balance.

Maybe increase the HP of Crono's Hard to 7.5. It's currently the same as Basic, so I dunno.
Also, OD and HP 9 for Expert feels a little bit too cruel. Maybe decrease it to 8.5 ~ 8.7. I think 9 is fine, any lower and it feels too easy to mash to pass imo
01:04:794 to 01:15:128 - I honestly don't think you need a Kiai here. This part isn't super important. Same for 00:22:128 to 00:32:794 though this may just be due to the short nature of this song.
I feel like you shouldn't have an audio lead in because there's quite a lot of stuff you can map in the first six seconds, but that's just me, so I dunno.

01:25:378 (85378|4,85461|3) - For a normal level difficulty, I'd suggest not having two 1/4 notes on the same hand, so move one of the notes to the other hand instead? Moved the pattern and some surrounding notes around a bit.
01:31:461 to 01:37:294 - This part is the ending of the song, so there's a lot of stuff going on, but it feels pretty much about the same difficulty wise to the rest of the song. Maybe consider adding a 1/1 beat layered on top of what you already have, and then 01:34:128 to 01:36:794 add a 1/2 beat on top of everything else? Ignore this if you left it out for sake of SR < 2. Added enough notes for it to say 1.99 in editor. I hope it isn't over on the website lol

I'll stop mentioning them now. idk i feel like they're all well telegraphed, average at 1 sv so you can sightread them easily as well. no change
00:38:128 - In measure 28 and 29, why do you stop with the notes on the red ticks? The music style hasn't really changed that much, if at all, so add them in? added them in
