Problem Details:

"Error while loading current skin's configuration file (skin.ini). Please correct any errors."

I can use my other skins just fine, just not sure what's wrong with this one. I switched back to stable and same result. :T

Can you look at the skin.ini from other skins?
Then look after everything
Also, [Normal], shouldn't that be [General] (or is this only in maps, not in skins?)

I'm not sure SliderBorder should have spaces in between the numbers, try deleting them.

baraatje123 is correct that [Normal] is causing the issue. Rename that to [General].

[Normal] is never/was never used, it's not in maps either.
