Yes, I am aware that there is another thread about this but this situation is different.
osu! shows up on the wrong monitor when trying to put in borderless fullscreen.
If I modify the user config file to change the "Display" value to the correct monitor the settings won't stick.
Once I launch osu! again, the settings get overwritten and starts on my secondary monitor instead of my main.
