This is a feature request to try and deal with DT/HT being left out of this request fulfillment p/3183829 that showing modified OD/HP is wrong, and also that AR isnt changed when you turn on DT.

Approach Rate:
show modified AR as per this table in the wiki http://w.ppy.sh/6/68/ARTable.png because this is how everyone in the community talks about the AR with DT/HT so why not just show it like that in the game itself?

Overall Difficulty:
We should display it similarly to how it is in this table also on the wiki http://w.ppy.sh/4/46/ODChart.png . Importantly the OD with DT/HT has 100 and 50 timing windows smaller/larger than the equivalent nomod OD. So OD7 has timing windows (36,82,128), HT equivalent of OD7 has timing windows (36,99,162) and DT equivalent of OD7 has timing windows (36,70.7,105.3) meaning they dont line up exactly.
However when you think about how OD changes the "feel" of a map, what most people notice the most is the change in 300 range (even in the nomod setting of going from OD6 to OD7 or 8). If you are going for a S/SS you dont care about anything but getting 300's so displaying the OD for 300's is the most important piece of information when trying to decide how hard the map is going to be, and that is how the chart shown categorizes OD+DT/HT. Now for the 100 and 50 timing windows we can display this as simply OD7↑ or OD7↓ for DT/HT respectively because for the most part it FEELS like OD7 but it's a bit harder or a bit easier on the 100 and 50 timing windows.

HP Drain:
Lastly for displaying changes in HP drain it's exactly like the change in AR. HP drains at a constant rate so when the map is played 1.5 times faster your HP effectively drains 1.5 times faster (but notes come in 1.5 times faster as well so your HP is recovering 1.5 times faster too!). So the HP should be shown as some new value like AR.
Once consideration however is that because the notes also come 1.5 times faster the HP drain doesn't feel different. You can contrast this with HR which increases drain but leaves play rate the same. This makes the map feel harder because your HP drains faster but you don't get notes faster to make up for it.

So we can see that at the very least AR and OD can display values closer to what the map feels like when playing on DT/HT than the current AR7^/OD6^ when selecting an AR7 OD7 map with DT (which gives no information as to what the AR will be like when playing, it's NOTHING like AR7 and the OD is much stricter than OD7). HP drain is something im willing to leave the same because it doesn't feel different in DT/HT.
