Hi~ I come because of your post on my map forum
First~
There is some general problem, so I'll mod generally :)

[Timing]
Both, offset and BPM are wrong
For BPM, you might try mine, 93.2
For offset, you will need two inherited timing points (those red lines)
From what I see, the first offset should be 18,587
And the second one should be 58,399
After you change your timing, don't forget to resnap all of your notes and timing points
You also might want to consult some experienced mapper since I myself new to mapping >.<

[General]
  1. You might have to cut your mp3 because you map less than 80% of it. You might try to cut the beginning (When someone say "Present day, present time") or map the last part (the instrument part)
  2. Your audio bitrate is higher than 192 kbps, its unrankable, compress it so it would be between 128 kbps until 192 kbps
  3. You must set a preview point (A point where the song would start) from timing section. I suggest it to be at 01:17:712
  4. Check AiMod (Ctrl+shift+A). Stack leniency is smaller than 0.3, maybe you have to increase it
  5. You must use distance snap. You can change the distance spacing multiplayer by pressing alt and scroll your mouse. You can disable it for a while on Hard, Insane and Extra to create jumps, but distance snap must always active on Easy and Normal.
  6. Suggestion: You don't have to use so many combo colors, 3-4 colors would be fine, and avoid to use pure black color(hex:#000000) because some people dim to 100% (the playfield would be black) and it would be hard to see the approach rate.
  7. Edit: You don't need to put "Serial Experiments Lain", "Bôa" and "Duvet" on tags because its already mentioned on the source, artist and title.

You have to fix all of the bold text to make this map rankable. You might want to read the Ranking Criteria or the Standard Ranking Criteria

This is one of the most important things I need to know. Most of the time people find maps like this they just ignore it instead of noting the BPM/Offset aren't right.

General
- I do not know why there are so damn many timing setups - you only need 3 of them
- You're never using any edges in your slider it's making all a bit boring, do you know when you set a slider point you can double left-click so it didnt move any more? The point is then red instead of white. You never used that^^) Edit: Oh wait I found one in your hard version^^

Easy
The Beatsnap divisor on easy should only be 1/1 (OK thats really boring, I know) or 1/2. Your easy map is damn difficult for beginners cause many of your objects start/end not with the beat. (your objects should only start/end at the white or red line on the timing line)

Use the distance spacing of 0,8. Circles with a 1/1 beat between should not overlap each other. Use alt+mouswheel to change it and replace all objects

- Telling me to use the AIMod and distance snap when you got 24 distance problems seems a little... strange^^

I will give you a start for the timing:

00:22:771 (1) - Let it start 00:22:449 instead and with the reverse it should end 00:23:737
00:27:599 (7) - keep the start and end timing but change it (smaller) and let it bounce 2 times
00:29:209 (1) - let it reverse 00:30:174
00:33:393 - use a circle here it makes it easier
00:35:003 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - I would keep the half beat of the slider and move them all to the red lines on the timing line (start 00:35:003 ) (you did it here same 01:23:930 (1,2,3,4) - )

00:42:406 - maybe a circle =)
00:46:591 (4) - move it to 00:46:269 and place a circle 00:46:913 . Or use a slider between the 2 times

All I can say are nearly the same thing like the easy one. Do not use the blue timing lines except there is a sillable or a sound marking it (and I cant hear one if it the whole song, but maybe i am the only one?)

Turn down the HP Drain x.x Imagine your song is played in multiplayer and sombody fails. It's impossible to get to life again
Maybe you just forgot it, cause it's the same HP drain like the hard one.
