[resolved] [confirmed] Flickering between chat tabs and bottom of userpanel list.

I can replicated it. It's due to when you hover to a channel, it create a transparent line and can hide a part of a profile tab.

I confirm it still happens on both public and test build. The active tab also keeps blinking until you hover over its close button.

Same here.... and i can't drag the channel tabs whien it blinks but able to drag if i hover above the close button and drag

The flickering itself is fixed, yes (though chat tab behavior is still a bit quirky).
