Problem Details:

Please fix the pp performance graph on profile page

Any user between pp rank #1000~#10000 uses #1 and #10000 as the upper and lower boundary, no matter how their rank changes.

This is especially bad for people around rank #1000~#2500, the graph is simply just a straight line.

I don't think this is intended. The performance rank graph should adjust to the range of the lowest rank to the highest rank.
Need more opinions of my team.

I don't think there should be so much empty space as is the case when your low is slightly below the next tier of ranks. It makes the change look flat.

Also you can't easily tell what someones low rank is because the bottom of the graph isn't remotely near it.
