I'm not sure. But osu! consumes little data per hour. Just for ranks and chat.
I used to play on a 3G wireless card with a 5GB a month limit, I never even got close to going over. Multiplayer will work just fine too. Just be careful about downloading a ton of maps and you should be fine.

i think not more than 20 MB. osu! uses only a bit of your internet
